Russ earned a bachelor of science degree from the State University of New York College at Buffalo.  He began his financial services and wealth management career in 1996 as a registered representative in Southern Florida.  He gained a wealth of knowledge and experience through his years in the financial services industry by aggressive due diligence accompanied with new technology resources and strong personal relationships.  He partnered with Michael DiGaetano over ten years ago, and together they created the successful full service financial services firm, Princeton Equity Partners.  As an experienced investment professional, Conrad provides expertise and proficiency when advising investors in managing their finances, providing useful tax strategies, and retirement plans.  Conrad specializes in real estate investments that include; IRS Section 1031 Exchanges, multiple Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), and a multitude of energy investment vehicles.
